Summary:
Prof. Murray delivered a power-packed and impactful lecture on the transformative abilities of AI in the digital marketing space. Her session encapsulated the journey of marketing from traditional to digital and how it has changed the way in which brands communicate with their audiences.
She worked closely with the students to obtain their inputs on what they believed AI’s role is in the area of MarTech. Students, too, shared their views through a live text-based interaction tools that helped in driving the lecture forward.
Prof. Murray shared live examples of organizations leveraging AI mechanisms to improve marketing channels and enhance customer engagement. During her session, Prof. Murray blended in some of her experiences with the students that enabled students to gain international perspective with in-class training.
The session was a potpourri of theory, use cases, video engagement and in-person interaction.
