The webinar was delivered by Chef Sarah Ryan on the topic “Evolution of European Culinary Principles and Techniques.” The session was attended by 45 students and provided valuable insights into the development of European culinary traditions, classical cooking methods, and professional kitchen practices followed in hospitality education.
