About Program

The NMIMS (Deemed to be University) offers a four-year full-time program in B.Sc. Animation and VFX.

The course mainly focuses on multimedia & its applications, the basics of animation and postproduction of animation, digit film production and photography, Introduction to visual communication, 3D animation and modeling, gaming technology, television, film production analysis etc.

Which is an indepth course that covers drawing and character designing, 3D animators deal with modelling, rendering, texture and lighting. This program focuses more on creating computer graphic artists who can perform at any level creative process in the information and entertainment media, with major focus on advanced knowledge of animation, visual communication, multimedia and graphics industrial scopes and applications in the field.

Admission Process

Eligibility: The candidate must have 12th Science/Commerce/Arts or equivalent examination (Diploma in engineering/ITI etc.) from recognize board with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
