NMIMS NAVI MUMBAI CAMPUS HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION





Dear Student,

Due to the temporary closure of the NMIMS Hostel Application Portal, the process for applying for hostel accommodation has been revised. This SOP outlines the updated steps students must follow to apply for hostel facilities.

 

 Revised Hostel Application Process

Step 1: Download the Hostel Application Form

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

  • Students need to fill in all required details accurately in the downloaded form.

Step 3: Email the Completed Form

  • Email the filled hostel application form along with a copy of your tuition fee receipt (applicable to 1st-year students only) to the respective campus.
  •  The email ID for hostel form submission is hostel.navimumbai@nmims.edu

Step 4: Approval mail to the students

  • Once we received the hostel application form, we will verify the application and approve the eligible applications (within 3 working days). The approval mail along with hostel fee payment details will sent through email.

Important Notes

  • Submission of hostel application form along with copy of tuition fee receipt is mandatory.
  • Ensure that all details are accurate and that documents are legible.
  • Incomplete or incorrect applications may lead to rejection.
